Terms and conditions of booking
When booking your Hope & Glorious Hen Party you are agreeing to our terms & conditions which are detailed below:
1. We do require a 20% non refundable deposit to secure your party booking once this has been paid to Hope & Glorious then and only then will your party be booked and confirmed with ourselves.
2. The final balance payment is due 1 week prior to your party date. If the balance is not paid on time and we receive no commuincation from yourselves then we reserve the right to cancel your booking with Hope & Glorious and our suppliers.
3. Once a final balance invoice has been sent, numbers can be increased but not decreased. Final date for any increased numbers is 5 working days prior to the event date.
4. If we have to cancel your party experience for any reason a full refund will be given.
5. The final balance is non-refundable once it has been paid if you decide to cancel the booking
6. Many of the services which make up your booking are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you. Copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions are available on request from us or the supplier concerned.
7. We accept BACS ( bank transfer) payments only although Paypal transfers can be received via a prior arrangement, although they will incur a commission charge.
8. Images from our events will be used on our website & our social media platforms.
9. Insurance: You are advised to take out adequate and appropriate personal insurance for your protection. Such insurance should cover the cost of cancellation by you and/or any member of your party and the cost of assistance, including repatriation to the UK, in the event of illness or accident. You must ensure that the policy you purchase is suitable for your confirmed Activities including any hazardous activities. Many policies do not cover such activities so you must check the small print before purchasing and if in doubt, check with the insurers that you will be covered. You must also ensure that your insurance covers participation in any hazardous activities which do not form part of your Activities.
