Delivery, Shipping and Returns

How does my glorious order begin its journey?
Once we have received notification of your order, we aim to collate and pack your items within 48 hours, however some of these items are handmade to order so may take a little longer to process, (all our products have expected delivery timeframes shown against each product).
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will of course inform you of the proposed delivery date by email.

Our payment and pricing options
Our payment options are currently Paypal, which is fast, safe and secure. All customer details are kept safe and secure and will never be passed onto third parties.
All pricing can be subject to change without notice.

How are our post and packaging costs are calculated
Each item is priced at a second class delivery within 2-3 days and the item costing is priced on the average weight for each of the items, however sometimes we may need to correct these, if the item is lighter thena we anticipated then we will refunf the difference if it is more we will of course soak the difference.
All costings are caluclated based on the current Royal Mail postage calculator.

Can we ship our gloriousness abroad?
We currently only post orders to the UK, however if you are in deperate need of one of our glorious items then please contact us by email for further details, let us know what type of goody you would like to purchase along with your porposed country of shipping.

Whoops, I have changed my mind and would like to cancel my order, what do I do?

If you wish to cancel your order thats not a problem, although we do require you to do so within 24 hours of placing the order, please email us by clicking here to notify us, this protects both yourself and us as a record of cancellation on your part.

Oh no - I have received my order and there appears to be an issue, what do I do?

Don't worry you can either call us on 01449 741193 office hours or you can contact us by email by clicking here and tell us all about it, we will endeavour to get back to you with a resolution within 12 hours.

I would like to return an item, what do I do?

If for what ever reason you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer a refund.
However, if you have a personalised product ie. gift packages, hen party sash the we will not be able to refund on these items. Also if the items have been opened or damged then this will also potentially effect our ability to refund on the item.
Please return the items in their original packaging and condition failure to do this may result in a refund not being issued.
We also suggest that you obtain proof of posting when returning your items, we cannot accept reposnsibility of lost items on their way back to us.

Can I exchange an order?

Of course you can, although again unfortunately if you have requested a personalised option and we have completed the order then this will not be possible.
Please let us know and we will organise an exchange, if the item value is higher then we will need to organise a further payment if it is lower then of course we will refund you the difference.
Please remember when returning the item to include your details, order number and contact details and of course what you would like to exchange the item for.
As before items will need to be damage free and unopened to qualify and returned to us in its original packaging. Remember to get proof of posting.

What happens if my item is out of stock?

Occasionally we do find demand out strips our stock, but don't worry we restock our shop on a regular basis. If you are keen to purchase one of our items that is curently unavailable then please email us by clicking here and we will update you to its current anticipated arrival.

I love it but would like something different a little more me, is that possible?

Don't worry if you love what we do but fancy adding your own personalised touch, then just let us know and we will send you a personalised invoice, payment method will be the same and all the above terms and conditions apply for delivery and postage. Although due to the nature of the order delivery time may be between 2-3 weeks so please bear this in mind when ordering.
Unfortunately customised orders cannot be refunded unless damaged.
